Dashboard

The Dashboard is your command center in VibeAgent. It provides an at-a-glance view of your agents, workflows, and system performance- along with quick access to create new automations.

Overview

When you log into VibeAgent, the Dashboard displays:

Analytics Cards

At the top of your dashboard, you'll see key metrics:

  • Total Agents: The number of active agents you've created
  • Tools Used: Total tool executions across all workflows
  • Shortest Run: Fastest agent execution time
  • Average Runtime: Mean execution time per agent
  • Longest Run: Slowest agent execution time

These metrics help you monitor performance and identify optimization opportunities.

Visual Analytics

Tools per Agent
A pie chart showing which agents use the most tools. This helps you understand the complexity distribution across your workflows.

Tool Usage by Type
A breakdown of which integrated services (Gmail, Slack, Google Sheets, etc.) are being called most frequently.

Runtime vs Tools Used
A scatter plot showing the relationship between the number of tools an agent uses and its execution time. Use this to identify performance bottlenecks.

Quick Actions

The Dashboard provides fast access to common tasks:

  • Create New Flow: Launch the visual flow editor to build a new automation
  • Create New Agent: Configure a new AI agent with custom prompts and tools
  • Browse Templates: Explore pre-built workflows for common use cases

  • Track Usage: Monitor how many credits each agent consumes
  • Upgrade: Click to add more credits if you're running low

Recent Activity

The Dashboard displays your recent workflow executions, showing:

  • Flow Name: Which automation ran
  • Status: Success, Error, or In Progress
  • Timestamp: When it executed
  • Duration: How long it took

Click on any execution to view detailed logs and debug information.
